Shipping and Returns

Shipping Method:

All goods are shipped via UPS Ground unless specified at the time of order.
Unisource Apparel, Inc. reserves the right to choose the best shipping method when necessary.
We assume any merchandise directly shipped from you or your vendor are the correct size, color , quantity and style.


Unisource Apparel, Inc. shall not be held liable for shipment delays caused by shippers (e.g. UPS, DHL, etc), customs, overseas quota or other uncontrollable natural causes.


Unisource Apparel wants to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Unisource Apparel accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Unisource Apparel’s merchandise for one of the following reasons:

  1. The blank items themselves are materially flawed;
  2. The quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or
  3. The design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

Requests for returns, claims for shortages/overages and erroneous merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. No return will be accepted after 15 days
