You authorize Unisource Apparel to use submitted materials as needed to review, quote, proof, produce, fulfill, and support your apparel or promotional product request.

If account access is available through our website or ordering tools, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Product availability, colors, sizes, pricing, decoration options, production timelines, and shipping estimates are subject to change and may depend on supplier inventory, artwork readiness, order quantity, decoration method, approval timing, and destination.

We reserve the right to review, refuse, revise, or cancel quotes or orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, inventory changes, artwork concerns, incomplete information, suspected fraud, or other operational issues.

Payments must be made using authorized payment methods. An order may not move into production until required approvals, payment terms, and artwork confirmations are completed.

For customized products, artwork proofs, product details, quantities, colors, sizes, decoration placements, and deadlines should be reviewed carefully before approval. Once an order is approved and production begins, changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges may be limited.

Unisource Apparel is not responsible for errors that were present in approved proofs, submitted artwork, customer-provided instructions, or final approved order details.

These messages may include quote follow-ups, order updates, project communications, customer support messages, and promotional content when you have opted in to receive such communications.
